Along with changing my weight, CrossFit has changed my lifestyle. When I stopped swimming due to injuries and came to college I really wasn't sure what to do. I started living an unhealthy lifestyle and was doing a lot of things that weren't very good for me. Once I started CrossFit, I was determined to get better and it knocked out my bad habits almost immediately. I chose working out on Saturday mornings rather than staying out too late and started to hold myself accountable for what I was putting into my body because it would affect my workout the next day. I owe a lot to CrossFit and don't think I would be graduating this semester without the discipline and community I found at CrossFit.
