CrossFit has helped me change a lot of the past year or so. I'm always more excited to come to the gym now, even if the workout has something I don't enjoy because I know it's a chance to improve my weaknesses. Confidence has grown as I continue to push myself more and more to see what I'm really capable of. I've finally recently got my diet in order too and things have been fantastic since! I've dropped a ton of weight (almost all fat), feel amazing, and have started to see results in the gym through my workouts.
