I never thought I would take on CrossFit. I just did the whole elliptical routine three times a week. Last Fall, I fell into a deep depression after my brother passed and I stopped working out, started eating fast food everyday, and just stopped caring in general. I was the heaviest I had ever been in December of 2014, 205 pounds to be exact. In January, I decided to do something about it so I signed up for a drop-in class. I cried after the first WOD but decided to get a membership anyways because life is short so why not? I absolutely love it now, have lost 25 pounds since February, and am starting to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
